Test together from start to finish
You need an existing administrator account and a new email address for the tester. Use two separate browsers/devices, or sign out before switching roles.
- Admin: open Onboarding pilot, enter the tester’s name/email and create the welcome link. Share it privately yourself.
- Tester: open the welcome link, continue, choose your password, enter fictional company details and your test signer name/title. Open the presentation, acknowledge it, then submit.
- Admin: refresh, open the tester’s row, approve role and test states. Review test payment, freight, rent, insurance and commission placeholders. Complete the dummy logistics assignment when applicable. Freeze the package.
- Tester: refresh, review/download the package and type your exact signer name. Check both test-consent boxes and submit.
- Admin: refresh and countersign using your own actual name for this rehearsal. Generate/download the completed test PDF.
- Admin: confirm that the PDF is saved, then activate the private test workspace. Google Drive may remain visibly pending until its server connection is configured; the PDF remains preserved and downloadable.
- Tester: refresh, create a fictional customer in an assigned state and update its status/note. Confirm that the real sales register is inaccessible.
- Admin: inspect the activity record and test customer, then suspend the pilot. Confirm the tester can no longer save test customers.
What to report
Record the stage, expected result, actual result and any error message. Do not share passwords, welcome-link tokens or real customer data. Check the PDF contains the same terms and both test signatures.
Expected boundaries
The pilot does not create a real contract, pay commission, grant live customer permissions or authorize stock handling. Insurance and final legal terms remain pending. A signed test package cannot be edited; use a fresh test enrollment for revised signed terms.
