Privacy and records

This private business workspace collects account and business contact details, requested and approved states, customer outreach records, agreement PDFs, electronic consents, signatures, timestamps and activity records. We use these records to review partners, coordinate outreach, control access and preserve agreements.

Who can access records

Narnika administrators manage invitations and approvals. Partners can review their own onboarding documents. Active partners can access customer records only in states assigned by an administrator. Do not enter unrelated sensitive personal information.

The application uses Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Narnika's restricted Google Drive for completed agreement archives and database recovery copies. Hosting and authentication providers may also process technical connection and security logs. Account passwords are handled by the authentication service; administrators do not receive plaintext passwords.

Google Drive connection

Only the designated Narnika account connects the archive service. The service requests permission for files created or explicitly selected for the application, creates private agreement records, and reads them back to verify integrity. The application does not provide public agreement links. Partners obtain copies through authenticated access. The archive implementation does not delete signed agreements.

Retention and corrections

Rolling database recovery ZIPs retain the last seven calendar days. This does not delete live application data or signed agreements. Agreement and evidence retention is specified in the applicable approved agreement schedule and Narnika's records decisions. Contact Narnika to request access, correction or deletion; agreement records, disputes and other obligations may require continued preservation. Signed packages are not silently edited; corrections require controlled review.
